2009 Forest River Surveyor

This 2007 26' Forest River Surveyor is ready to hitch up and go camping today. It is a clean, well maintained RV that has all the features you're looking for to have a great time camping. Every piece of equipment works properly and performs well. There are two entrances for convenience and safety, and both have a screened door. One enters the rear kitchen area and the other in the front enters into the master suite. In the kitchen you will find the freezer and refrigerator, gas stove and oven, and microwave that all are clean and work like yours in your home. The two sink configuration makes washing dishes easier, and each sink has a built in cover for more counter space when needed, that are also cutting boards. The single slide out in the living room opens this area up as the couch moves out and opens up floor space in the main cabin. The booth easily seats 4, and sleeps 2 when made into a bed. The couch sleeps 2, and 2 sleep very comfortably in the master queen bed, for a total of 6 sleeping areas. The bathroom offers a medicine cabinet with mirror, stool, sink, cabinet space below, small tub, and shower. There is a skylight over the shower for increased light in the bathroom. A power vent pulls moist air out when needed, and two crank out vents offer ventilation in the front and rear of the RV. There is also an exterior shower which is very handy for rinsing off sandy or dirty feet, and other items. Across from the bathroom is a full set of drawers and two doors which open to offer incredible hanging space for clothes, or more storage space. Cabinets through the kitchen and above the couch and booth offer voluminous storage compartments. In the master suite there are hanging clothes cabinets on each side of the bed with storage areas above them and additional ones between them. There is also a storage cabinet in the master suite in the corner. Lights are located conveniently over the stove, sink, booth, living room, bathroom, hall, and the master suite has 3 lights. The A/C unit will cool the RV down quickly with vents running through the ceiling. The heat is strong, and quickly heats the entire RV to the desired temperature - no hot camping or cold camping inside! Other features include a central stereo system with switchable speakers in the living room, master suite, and exterior. The RV is wired for a TV in the living room, and master suite. The roof is a solid unit that has recently been inspected by a camping company for soundness. There are no leaks or cracks. The tires are new, and there is a full size tire mounted on the rear bumper. Two large LP gas tanks are located on the front hitch with an easy to use knob to switch between tanks. The 12v battery compartment is also located on the front.
